GUIDELINES REGARDING ITEMS PURCHASED
All items sold to FastCash Med Supply must arrive sealed, untampered, and in excellent condition. “Damage” includes, but is not limited to:

Opened or unsealed boxes

Torn packaging

Dents, scratches, stains, crushed corners

Water damage or boxes with writing, stickers, or ink marks
​
We only accept products with at least 6+ months remaining until expiration. Expired items will not be accepted or paid for.

All products must be in their original manufacturer packaging, including all contents. Boxes that have been tampered with, repackaged, or altered in any way will be rejected.
​
Prescription labels will be removed by FastCash Med Supply to protect customer privacy. However, if a customer attempts to remove prescription labels and damages the box in the process, we reserve the right to reject the item.
​
We only purchase the items listed on our accepted product list or current price sheet. Items not listed will not be accepted or paid for.

GUIDELINES REGARDING SHIPMENT
​
Sellers are responsible for packaging their items securely in a sturdy box. FastCash Med Supply is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment due to poor packaging. Damaged items received via mail will not be accepted.

OWNERSHIP & LEGAL CERTIFICATION

By selling to FastCash Med Supply, you certify that:

You are the rightful owner of the items OR have legal permission to sell them.

These supplies were not obtained through insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or by any illegal means.

Selling these supplies to FastCash Med Supply does not violate any local, state, or federal laws.

The sale does not involve or result in any violations of laws regarding money laundering, healthcare fraud, or anti-terrorism regulations.
TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your mobile number through our forms or direct messages and clicking submit, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from FastCash Med Supply. These messages may include service updates, quotes, pickup/shipping confirmations, and related information.

We are not responsible for fees incurred by payment processors, such as PayPal’s 2.9% goods & services fee.

We reserve the right to refuse any product that does not meet our standards or guidelines.
RETURNS

If your products do not meet our purchasing requirements, you will not be paid for those items. If you would like your products returned, you must contact us at support@fastcashmedsupply.com within 7 days of receiving a rejection notice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FastCash Med Supply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or agreements. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from shipping, miscommunications, or changes to offers.
